That is why we are absolutely thrilled to support the official launch of WITH (Women in Technology Hunter) a dynamic new network created to connect, support, elevate, and inspire women working in technology right here in the Hunter region.

From Informal Lunches to a Regional Movement
Great initiatives often start from a simple, shared need. The backstory of WITH is a testament to the power of connection.
What began as a few informal lunches following last year’s SlashNEW Conference quickly grew into something much bigger. Women from across the Hunter kept showing up, eager to share their experiences, support one another, and build genuine, lasting relationships.
It became clear that there was a real need for more options where women in the tech space could find belonging, encouragement, and pathways to grow. Recognising this momentum, the founders decided to open the network to all women working in technology across the Hunter region, officially creating WITH.
