Our ambassadors are the welcome at the festival. They give to their community, help people on their journey and live the Hunter iF credo. This year every ambassador gets a free ticket, a bring-a-friend ticket and their own “What if it worked?” hat.

Your Role
BE THE WELCOME
Greet people at the door and around the room, ask “What brought you here today?” and connect them to someone who can help. No experience needed.
Who helped you get here?
Your bring-a-friend ticket is yours to give. The mentor who took the call, the friend who opened a door, or someone you'd love to help take their next step. Tell us who on the form and we'll send their ticket.

Anyone who loves their community and believes in the credo: students, founders, researchers, retirees, first-timers and festival regulars. You don't need to work in innovation.

No. If you're warm, curious and happy to say hello to strangers, you've got what it takes. We'll brief you on everything else.

No. Ambassadors are volunteers. You'll receive a free ticket, a bring-a-friend ticket and a hat as our thank-you.

One 4.5-hour shift on Tuesday 24 November: AM 7:30am–12pm or PM 12pm–4:30pm. Plus a short online briefing on Thursday 19 November.

Yes. Your ticket covers the whole festival, so you can catch sessions, explore the exhibitors and network outside your shift.

Our photographers capture the day and ambassadors are often in the shots. The form asks for your photo consent, and you can say no.

Yes, please, and you'll get preference in the selection process. Applications now go through our new form, so we can keep in touch with you all year.
