As a well-regarded innovation consultant and coach, Claire's approach to strategy development and execution is holistic, helping leaders and their organisations leverage networks, balance customer and business value, and embrace new technologies like GenAI. 

Hailing from Kilkenny, Ireland, Claire has over twenty years of experience in innovation strategy development, from high tech startups to economic bodies to large corporates, enhancing their strategic and operational outcomes. 

In prior roles, Claire worked with cutting edge high-tech start-ups and European research commercialisation centre in Ireland, including an acquisition journey with Red Hat.

Her other hats include, and Board Member of Hunter iF - a for-purpose organisation that strives to connect innovation with opportunity for regional development.

Claire is a proud judge for the Annual National #tech diversity awards which celebrates organisations that champion DE+I in creating a thriving technology workforce.
