Your Role as a Guardian of the Vibe
As an Ambassador, you'll be the friendly face of the festival, helping us bring our credo to life. You will be:
A Welcoming Presence: From the moment our guests arrive, you'll be the one to greet them with warmth, making sure everyone feels seen, valued, and safe in our judgment-free zone.
A Bridge Builder: You'll be a master of connection, proactively introducing people, guiding attendees to sessions they'll love, and helping forge the bonds of friendship that make this festival so unique.
A Champion of Generosity: You'll protect our "escape from the market" culture, modelling our "give first" mindset and ensuring the focus stays on trading ideas, not business cards.
A Catalyst for Joy: Your positive energy and passion will be infectious! You'll help solve small problems with a smile and ensure the entire experience is one of support, discovery, and joy.
